The course must be completed to the person’s name that is registered. Under no circumstances is another party to complete the course under a false name or on another behalf.
The certificate will be issued to one person and must be the person that completed the course.
If you have already completed the course at a prior date and require more support, please call to make arrangements for more extensive personalized anger management support.
If you do not complete the course a refund will not be offered. If you are experiencing difficulties in completing the course, please reach out for support from one of our professionals.
If you lose your certificate, there may be a fee required to re-issue a new certificate.
If you require a personalized extensive report to be utilized in court proceedings, you will be charged accordingly. Fees will be discussed and payable prior to receiving the report. Consulting with your legal team is also an option to make sure the interventions required are targeted.
